Americas Most Unwanted Football Players Unite

I have solved a lot of issues with players that no one wants in the NFL. It all starts with Donovan McNabb. The man gets disrespected in every city that he plays in. Obviously no one really wants him but the Vikings so it makes perfectly good sense that they sign him. Now lets make this happen.

The Vikings already have a lot of good pieces in place. They just need to revamp their offensive line and hire a new coach. That’s why they should pass on Leslie Frazier and hire a coach that no one wants anymore like ……… Wade Phillips. Wade comes in and keeps things soft so no one is going to be mad at the way they practice.

The Vikings are solid at running back as they can go 3 deep and look good, however they are a little slim at wide receiver. Let’s fix this. I like Percival Harvin and Sidney Rice but they need two more guys that can get it done. No problem, the owner loves Randall Gene Moss and word is that Terrell Eldorado Owens is available and we know that Wade loved him in Dallas.

Steve Johnson And The Bills Have A Point: Why So Serious

Stevie Johnson is right, Why is everyone so serious in the NFL? First you are playing a game for a living. Yeah you should play it to the fullest and yes you should try to win but these guys get paid a kings ransom to play a child's game. So what you weren't targeted this week, maybe you won't be targeted next week, the question is Did you do your job, and can your team depend on you?

Of course everyone wants a big pay day. Of course everyone wants to be a star. But ask yourself, why didn't any balls come my way? Am I open? Can I still do it? Are they doubling me? If you have an answer to all of those questions and that answer is yes, then what are you complaining about.

Some players act like its the end of the world when a streak comes to an end. My logic is simple, if the team has to go out of the way to make sure your streak doesn't end, the record you are chasing probably really doesn't matter anyways. The person who set the record set it being relevant. You may ask hey Joe, Why the rant? It's simple, records are made to be broken, records are also to be obtained when you are still relevant.

Like It Or Not: Terrell Owens Is Still A Force In This League

Like him or not, Terrell Owens made his point. He's nowhere near finished.

The 36-year-old receiver had trouble finding a team that would take him this off-season, something he took as a snub. The Cincinnati Bengals finally signed him, and now he's their leading receiver.

One of the league's best, too.

Owens has had a couple of very explosive games this year. Earlier this year Owens had 10 catches for 222 yards against Cleveland. In that game he also moved into second place on the career list for yards receiving, trailing only former 49ers teammate Jerry Rice. He became the oldest receiver in NFL history to have a 200-yard game, and the only one this season.

Owens performance has served as an eye-opener for a lot of people out there that have said a lot of negative things about him. I have heard everything about him from the fact that he has lost a step, or he just can't play.

Moss Released: What Now

Now that the Randy Moss has been released by the Vikings we're seeing lots of questions about the NFL waiver wire. Here are a few questions we're seeing pop up.

What happens now? Randy Moss now enters the waiver wire.

How is the waiver wire order determined? Before Sept. 28, the waiver wire goes in the order of the NFL's worst team to best team based on last year's records. After Sept. 28, the waiver wire changes each week based on the current worst and best record in the NFL.

What is the current waiver wire order? You can see that here but the Bills at 0-7 will get the first crack at him and, if he goes unclaimed, the Patriots would get the last shot at him.

What is his salary if he's claimed? His salary remains the same assuming someone claims him. That would be $6.4 million with nine game checks remaining.

What if he's not claimed? Then he becomes a restricted free agent and can sign anywhere. He would have to negotiate a new contract at that point as well and he would be paid by the Vikings the remainder of his salary.

Many would say that Moss sealed his own fate after the game as he addressed his fine for not talking to the press. Here is what he had to say:
