NFL Week 13: A Lot Was Revealed

There are a few things that NFL Week 13 revealed to the rest of the world. The first thing that stands out is that the Detroit Lions are a good bad team. That sounds ridiculous but they are losing games because they need about 5 more good players. They play harder than any team that I have watched this year and it’s a shame that they don’t win more. A few more draft picks and their luck may change.

The next thing that jumped out at me is that the Falcons are just good enough. They win the close games. They find a way to convert third downs, and their defense does just enough to get off the field without giving up a lot of points. They are dangerously good and they have good balance. I’m going to have to keep them on the radar the remainder of the season.

Another thing that jumped out about week 13 is that the Eagles are as good as advertised. I can’t remember that much young talent being assembled on offense.

That is what happened in his first college game last September as he destroyed Boise State linebacker Byron Hout. Blount is being scrutinized by the media again and this time, the person he punched was a member of Blount's own team.

The Tennessee Titans rookie running back took a swing at teammate Eric Bakhtiari after a testy practice on Wednesday night during which numerous Titans players scuffled with one another, according to The Tennessean. Blount was the ball carrier on one play and had his helmet ripped off as the action was whistled dead. He stormed away to the end zone while other players pushed and shoved, seemingly avoiding any conflict.
