Make no mistake about it, Tyler Hansbrough has made the adjustment to the NBA. In his last two games versus the New York Knicks Tyler Hansbrough has scored almost 60 points versus the Knicks. Granted the Knicks aren’t the quintessential NBA defensive juggernaut, Hansbrough has been showing everything that NBA scouts and college critics were saying that he couldn’t.
Maybe those naysayers are the fuel that Hansbrough needed. He has unleashed an offensive arsenal that is not only athletic, but physical. “Pshyco T” as he is referred to in the Bull City is looking like a man possessed. His recent dunk on Amare Stoudemire is an example of how he is finally getting comfortable in his own shoes. That is the type of performance you expected when the Pacers took Hansbrough in the lottery last season.
