Kevin Durant Is Becoming A Man Of The People

In a league where most professional athletes are stuck up and full of themselves only a select few will open themselves up to the people. Since the end of the NBA season, Kevin Durant has done this more than any athlete that I can remember.  Very few superstars can endorse being normal and participating amongst the masses of people who love them.

KD has been seen playing pick up games in parks across the U.S. He has been seen playing hoops in New York at Rucker Park. He has been seen playing flag football in Oklahoma and Maryland. The man finds a way to connect with the people.

Athletes and Cell Phones: Cancel The Text Plan Man

Every week another athlete falls victim to cellular phone fail. It all started with the demise of the great Tiger Woods who left his cell phone out after he decided to go play cards with the fellas last Thanksgiving. Tiger's wife found his phone and like any woman who hears a phone beeping over and over she looked to see what was so important and low and behold she is a couple of hundred million dollars richer.

Then a few months later on twitter, guys like Martellus Bennett and Greg Oden show up a victims of sexting as they took pictures of themselves standing naked in front of a mirror (or so I have been told) and the women that they sent the pictures to forwarded them to their friends so they could see and then the whole world was looking at them naked.

Then a couple of months after that Shaquille O'Neils wife finds some text messages in his phone and she gets upset and files for divorce. Shaq obviously didn't learn or doesn't
